At oblivixos, we take pride in creating custom-made jerseys designed specifically for you. Because each product is made to order, we encourage you to carefully review your design and size before completing your purchase.
Custom Orders
Since our jerseys are personalized and made based on your chosen design, color, and size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Order Issues or Defects
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oblivixos.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Custom Items
If your order includes non-customized products, you may return them within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations.
